Honest Vulnerabilty
At the moment, I'm a one-woman operation working four hours a day, five days a week. I love what I do, and yet time is a very limited resource for me.
My shipping and return policies are a result of this reality. Thank you for understanding. As my business grows, I hope to be able to expand my offerings with regard to shipping and returns.
Shipping
Orders ship within 2-7 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. I like to get orders out the door ASAP, but may run into unexpected delays.
I use USPS to ensure the best rates possible.
Currently, I only offer shipping in the USA, but hope to expand this very soon.
Please note, Macon York Press is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble receiving packages, please communicate with your local Post Office about deliveries to your address. Once the package shows as "delivered," I am unable to obtain additional information from USPS. I hate that this is how it is, but it is out of my control.
Returns / Exchanges
I do not offer returns; please make your purchases with thoughtful consideration.
I will accept exchanges or store credit. All exchanges must take place in a 7 day window after the order arrives to you. After the 7 day window has passed, the sale is final.
All discounted items or items bought with a promo code are final sale.
